It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners that due to passage of time the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. It is needless to observe that as and when the cause of action arises, it is open to petitioners to take appropriate action in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
