HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21525 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondent-police in visiting the houses of the petitioners at odd times in midnight and harassing female members and old aged parents of the petitioners, present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that Cr.No.75 of 2018 was registered against the petitioners. Only for the purpose of investigation, the police are visiting the scene of offence. The respondent-police never visited the scene of offence at odd hours or midnight nor harassing the women or old aged parents of the petitioners and petitioner Nos 2 and 3, who are A-1 and A-2 have also filed Crl.MP.No.1870 of 2018 for anticipatory bail and the same is pending.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it goes without saying that the petitioners can be called to the police station for the purpose of investigation only. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 27-06-2018 Nvl
