Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court and move an application for regular bail. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and move an application for regular bail, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
