HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.22091 OF 2005 ORDER:

The petitioner claiming that she is in possession of Acs.3-00 guntas of land in Survey No.72, Naspur village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District; and alleging that respondent Nos.1 and 2 failed to demarcate the aforesaid extent, and on the other hand, allowing respondent No.3 to interfere with her possession, sought Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 as illegal and arbitrary.

2 . Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the representation, dated 2006-2005, filed by the petitioner and 24 others, shows that they are making a request to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to see the pattas issued in their favour were not cancelled. It is, according to the learned Government Pleader, that under the apprehension that the said land would be allotted to respondent No.3, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

4. Perused the material on record. No interim order, at any point of time, was granted by this Court. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting the instant writ petition and not coming forward to give instructions to her counsel. Be that as it may, if the representation, dated 20-06-2005, is still pending with respondent Nos.1 and 2, they are directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6 . As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand disposed of.
