Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Forest.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the application dated 21-10-2019 (File No.120 of 2019) made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent for releasing of his vehicle bearing TATA AC Van No.TS01/TV 0728, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said application made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
