This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.183 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ponnur Rural Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.
