THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.21602 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner wants bifurcation and constitution of a new Grampanchayat at Guddelugulapally village, which is a H/o Velichala Grampanchayat, Ramadugu Mandal, Karimnagar District and that the respondents are not taking any action in that regard, in spite of a representation dt.24.01.2018 being given to the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
