KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27290 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral ) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby summoning the respondent and produce the petitioners and thereby set them liberty from the hands of the respondents by awarding suitable compensation to the petitioners for their illegal detention without any valid reasons and using 3rd degree methods besides having not committed any offence as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, unconstitutional and violative of Article 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India.

3. In view of the averments made in para-7 of the counteraffidavit filed by the respondents, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
