Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings in the affidavit are not properly drafted and need to redraft the entire pleadings, and therefore seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better affidavit with proper pleadings.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
