On 30.07.2018, at request of the learned counsel for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 06.08.2018 under the caption "For Orders". On 06.08.2018, at request made on behalf of the appellants/ APSRTC, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the appellants/ APSRTC. It appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal.
