Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. During the pendency of the writ petition it appears, the respondents 1 to 3 have restored power supply for Service Connection No.12001 01845. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of as no further order is necessary. It is needless to observe that if the respondents intend to disconnect power supply to petitioner or take any steps in this direction, the petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedy by instituting appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
