HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21524 of 2018 ORDER:

Complaining inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of appeal No.B2/ 6125/ 2013 filed by petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

As the appeal was filed in the year 2013, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal within a reasonable period. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to file Memo before the 2nd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within one week from today and seek an early date for hearing of the appeal.

(a) On receiving memo, the 2nd respondent considers disposing of the appeal filed by petitioner, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No costs.
