HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21564 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 14.06.2018 passed in O.A.No.1126 of 2018 by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

Petitioner is a Junior Assistant-cum-Typist in Medical and Health Department. Previously, she worked as such in the Office of the Regional Training Centre (Male) Visakhapatnam. In the year 2017, she was transferred from Visakhapatnam to Primary Health Centre, Killoguda, Visakhapatnam District vide order dated 04.06.2017. The petitioner, without joining at the transferred place, made representation for her retention at Visakhapatnam on medical grounds, which was rejected by the Government vide Memo dated 27.12.2017.

Being aggrieved, petitioner filed O.A.No.98 of 2018 before the Tribunal questioning the aforesaid Memo rejecting her request for retention at Visakhapatnam. The learned Tribunal, vide order dated 25.01.2018, dismissed the said O.A. on merits, upholding her transfer orders as well as rejection orders for her retention at Visakhapatnam.

Though the learned Tribunal did not give an opportunity to the petitioner to file another representation, petitioner made representation to the respondents; however, the same was rejected. Thereafter, petitioner filed O.A.No.1126 of 2018 and the same has been dismissed by the Tribunal, as indicated above. 5.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with the order under challenge.

Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
