HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A. No.3574 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

The instant appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and an award dated 23.07.2014 was passed and the same is placed on record.

Therefore, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok-Adalat granting a sum of Rs.6,90,000/- towards compensation. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
