HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No.22889 OF 2014 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in reconsidering the application dated 20.04.2013 submitted by the petitioner for clearance of No Objection Certificate in respect of open plot admeasuring 384 Sq.yds in Sy.No.59/1, situated near Bapu Nagar, S.R.Nagar Colony, Block No.3, Ward No.7, Yousufguda, Khairatabad, Hyderabad in spite of his repeated requests.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of writ petition, 'No Objection Certificate' was granted by the Member Convenor & Joint Collector, NOC Committee, Hyderabad vide proceedings No. E1/1886/2014, dated 26.03.2015. In view of above proceedings, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
