HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5154 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed O.S.No.30 of 2014 on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Anantapur for specific performance of the agreement dated 12.11.2012 executed by B.Mohammed Rafi and the same was decreed on 23.07.2014 with a direction to execute the registered sale deed. As the defendant failed to execute the same, the District and Sessions Judge, Anantapur executed the registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner on 15.02.2016. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted a representation on 11.03.2016 to the respondents 3 and 4 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries as per the sale deed. As no action has been taken, the petitioner filed W.P.No.11888 of 2016 and this Court disposed of the same with a direction to conduct survey.

Accordingly the survey was effected in terms of the orders of this Court and the petitioner's name was entered in 1-B as per ROR Register. Thereafter, petitioner made an application on 01.08.2016 through online vide No.M4011602653947 before the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 01.08.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 14.02.2017 dv
