Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: " ... to issue appropriate writ or order or direction preferably one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce Sri Ganipineni Venkata Subbaiah S/o. late Sri G. Ramaiaha, aged about 70 years, in-flesh before this Hon'ble Court and further pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to release him from the house arrest done by the 3rd respondent ...."

At the hearing, Smt. Ch. Kanaka Durga, the learned Counsel representing Sri N. Guru Gopal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
