HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7195 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.147 of 2017 on the file of the S.H.O., Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda District (C.C.No.2062 of 2018 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberahad at L.B.Nagar), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and 4 and 6 of D.P. Act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. The first anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.08. 2019 in Crl.P.No.4795 of 2019. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.
