Registry has placed status details concerning O.P.No.95 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nellore, which would show that the O.P itself was dismissed for default on 19.03.2014. In such an event, the present revision does not survive. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks adjournment, there is no purpose in granting adjournment.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
