Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records relating to CC No. 3697 of 2020 on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal District and quash the same' l.A. NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in cc No. 3697 of 2020 on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal District. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. Venkateswara Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents.

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by I the petitioners/A4 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in ( C.C.No.3697 ot 2O2O on the file of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 498-4 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A4 and A5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1sr respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dlspense with the appearance of the petitionerslA4 and A5 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioners is not in dispute, their presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.

ln view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioners/A4 and A5 in C.C.No.3697 ot 2O2O on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class [Vagistrate, Warangal, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel. With the above direction, the Criminal petition is disposed of
