O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the alleged inaction on the part of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattikonda police station, Pattikonda, Kurnool

District, in registering a crime against respondents 3 to 9 herein on the complaint dated 14.09.2011 made by him.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattikonda police station, Pattikonda, Kurnool District, filed a counter-affidavit stating that upon the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2011, Crime No.131 of 2011 had been registered under Sections 420, 427, 447 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC against respondents 3 to 9 herein on the file of Pattikonda police station, Kurnool District. He further stated that the matter was under investigation and that the case would be finalized after completion thereof. In the light of the above counter-affidavit averments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities is shown to be without any basis.
