This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.4 in Crime No.453 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Police Station, Panjagutta registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 363, 365, 368, 341, 343 and 346 read with Sections 34, 109 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.4 and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that a minor boy was kidnapped from the lawful guardianship of his father by his divorced ex-wife/Accused No.1. It is alleged that this petitioner helped Accused No.1-wife in kidnapping the minor boy from lawful guardianship of the father.

In the said circumstances, the case is one of matrimonial disputes and fighting for child custody and the petitioner working as
Crl.Petition No.7054 of 2022 an Assistant Director in movies and is in jail since 23.06.2022, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.4 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. ii) The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of eight (08) weeks and thereafter shall appear as and when required.
iii) The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 16.08.2022 ns
