O R D E R

The petitioner approached this Court by way of this writ petition in relation to his release from the Prisoners' Agricultural Colony, anantapur.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, relying on the letter dated 04.06.2015 received from the Superintendent of Jails (FAC), Prisoners' Agricultural Colony, Anantapuram, informed this Court that the petitioner who was admitted in that jail in October 2009 was released on 22.12.2013. A copy of G.O.Ms.No.286, Home (Parole) Department, dated 21.12.2013, along with Annexure-I is placed on record, which indicates that the petitioner's name finds mention therein at Serial No.329.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
