HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No.105 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 5.2.2016, whereby, learned Single Judge has issued notice to the respondents. The order issuing notice to the respondents is not placed on record by the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that no interim order as prayed was granted by the learned Single Judge while issuing notice.

It is not possible to appreciate the submission made across the bar by the learned counsel for the appellant. He expressed his inability to place copy of the order on record, whereby, learned Single Judge either refused to grant interim order or the prayer for interim order at the stage of issuance of notice to the respondents was considered. More over, the last date for inclusion of the name in the voters list has also expired. In view thereof, we are not inclined to grant any interim order at this stage, keeping it open to the appellants to move learned Single Judge for hearing of the writ petition, the writ appeal is dismissed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
