O R D E R

Sri P. Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner high school, states that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the Regional Joint Director for School Education, Kadapa, issued proceedings dated 10.12.2015 granting renewal of recognition to the petitioner high school from 2015-16 to 2017-18 subject to certain conditions. Learned counsel states that in the light of this development, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
