HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21702 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in trying to arrest and dispossess the petitioner from the peaceful possession of his House Door No.8-17-156/C, Society Colony, 8th ward, Giddalur Town & Mandal, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 5th respondent approached police station on 20.06.2018 stating that the petitioner had wrongly parked his car in-front of his house and is creating nuisance; that on the said complaint the 4th respondent called the petitioner to the police station to know about it; and that apart from it the respondent police have never warned or threatened the petitioner to arrest or vacate from their house.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
