The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 04.12.2014.

Hence, the Appeal and the Cross Objections are disposed of in terms of the Award dated 04.12.2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
