O R D E R

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in failing to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 05.10.2012 and 29.09.2012 against the usage of residential premises for illegal commercial purpose by the 3rd respondent in Plot No.33, house No.40-43, Vasanth Vihar Colony, Moulali, Hyderabad and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to prevent the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent. None appears for the petitioner.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing counsel appearing for 1st respondent submits that the 3rd respondent has wound up his activity, as such the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
