HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7200 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.53 of 2019 on the file of the SHO, Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 IPC read with 156(3) CrPC.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. has already been issued to the present petitioner. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. has already been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to comply with the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. issued by the police. However, the police shall not take any coercive steps against the present petitioner during the course of investigation till completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
