THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ALOK ARADHE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE LAXMI NARAYANA AIISHETTY WRIT APPEAL No.175 ol2o23 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) Mr. G.Bheema Chary, learned counsel for the I I appellant.

2. In this writ appeal, the appellant has assailed the validity of the order dated 19.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.37169 of 2018, by which the learned Single Judge has remitted the matter to Special Tribunal to deal with the matter on merits.

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order of remand, the appellant has appeared before the Special Tribunal and this writ appeal be disposed of with the direction to the Special Tribunal to dea,l with the matter pending before it expeditiously.

In view of aforesaid submission, the Writ Appeal is disposed of with the direction to Specia_l Tribunal to decide the matter in compiiance of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge within an outer limit of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaaeous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
