This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 4 and 5 for illegal harassment to the petitioner is illegal, without jurisdiction, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
