Mr.T.Balaji, after arguing the writ petition for some time, keeping in view the prayer, which is more in the nature of apprehension and having regard to subsequent developments, does not press the prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies either before Government or file fresh writ petition with comprehensive prayers.
