ORDER:
The writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash order, dated 31.12.2010, in E.P.No.2 of 2005 in I.D.No.12 of 1993 on the file of respondent No.1.
Mr.S.Sri Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 10.08.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the petitioner entered into a compromise with respondent No.2 and that to enable respondent No.1 to record compromise, it seeks to withdraw the writ petition. W.P.M.P.No.32542 of 2015 is also filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, Mr.Kiran Kumar Vadlamudi, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Sri Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the aforesaid request.
In the light of the above facts, W.P.M.P.No.32542 of 2015 is ordered and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 14.06.2011, as extended on 13.07.2011, is vacated W.P.M.P.No.19273 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
