THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1615 OF 2016 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.47299 of 2015 in W.P.No.36725 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners circulated a letter dated 07.12.2016 to the registry stating that no orders are required in this contempt as the respondent-authorities assured the petitioners to issue the appointment orders.

Having regard to the above, since no orders are required, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
