HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.24702 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to accept the examination fee and issuing hall ticket to the petitioners for appearing 3rd Semester (Regular) B.Ed third paper examination to be held on 11.11.2019.

Heard Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ch. Jagannadha Rao, Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd Respondents University. It is stated that the last date for payment of examination fee was 21.10.2019. While the petitioners paid examination fee on 07.11.2019 and it is stated that such late payment of fee is on account of on going RTC strike, which prevented the petitioners from making the necessary payment. However, the said reason assigned by the petitioners is unacceptable and no indulgence can be shown.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
