THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21569 of 2018 ORDER:

The writ prayer reads as follows:

"...........writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 4th respondent bearing Ref.No.B2/382/2018, dated 16-06-2018, whereby and whereunder eviction of the petitioner from the residential house bearing D.No.38/1823 in the land in Sy.No.434/2 of an extent of AC.0.2 cents in Chinnachowk Village, Kadapa Mandal YSR District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust....." After perusing the prayer and the averments in the affidavit, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal within four (04) weeks from today. Keeping in view the nature of enjoyment accepted by 4th respondent, the Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) months from the date of filing of appeal.

The eviction order dated 16-06-2018 is suspended, during the pendency of the appeal. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
