The concern presiding officer by letter dated 25.11.2024 has now informed this Court that the aforementioned I.A.No.88 of 2024 has been disposed of on 25.11.2024.

In view of the aforesaid communication with regard to disposal of I.A.No.88 of 2024, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in these applications.

Accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 are closed.
