THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18324 OF 2005 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in transferring the petitioner to Narayankhed Depot vide impugned proceedings dated 06.05.2005, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, while issuing notice before admission on 18.08.2015, pending further orders, directed the respondents not to disturb the petitioner if the petitioner has already joined at the Pragnapur Depot in pursuance of the orders dated 14.07.2005. In view of the directions of this Court, the petitioner appears to be continuing in the transferred place. This Court feels that the transfer is an incidence of service and there is no right to the employee to continue and no mala fides are attributed to the respondent-Corporation. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
