Tatikonda Apparao, v. The Superintendent Of Police,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29704 of 2012
ORDER
Ms Rameswari M, learned counsel representing Sri P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that despite their best efforts, they could not contact the petitioners.
2. The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the police authorities were not providing them protection to attend the Court hearings in C.C.No.206 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhone, Kurnool District. Neither the learned counsel for the petitioners nor the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in a position to inform this Court whether the hearings in the said case have concluded. As the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reports no instructions, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
