THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24353 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri V.Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in releasing the construction permission in favour of the petitioner herein in respect of the property admeasuring 900 sq.yards in plot Nos.76, 77 and 78 in Sy.Nos.41/8 and 41/9 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

According to the petitioner, it submitted a building application on 10.09.2016 to the respondents and the subject site was inspected by the respondent authorities on 15.11.2016. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that, on 27.03.2017, the Committee also recommended in favour of the petitioner herein. It is further submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner herein also complied with various requirements as pointed out in the letter, dated 27.03.2017, issued by the respondent-GHMC. It is the further submission of the learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner herein also submitted a representation on

14.06.2017 to the respondent authorities, for redressal of its grievance, but no action has been taken on the same. Having heard the learned Senior Counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation made by the petitioner on 14.06.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not already disposed of.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
