THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10752 OF 2010 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 21.10.2010 passed under Section Cr.PC in Rc.No.H/2282/2010 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mulug.
2. The order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer will be in force for a period of one year with effect from 21.10.2010. The period of one year lapsed long back. Thus, the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
