HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.806 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not registering the crime pursuant to the complaint made on 27.12.2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that upon receipt of the complaint Crime No.59 of 2017 was registered by the Banjara Hills Police on 14.01.2017 and investigation was taken up.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
