THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12571 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Sessions Case No.83 of 2013 of Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 3-6-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, would submit that the Sessions Case No.83 of 2013 was ended in acquittal as per the judgment dated 14-9-2015 before Sessions Judge, Karimnagar and thus, prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
