The grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 17-06-2015, 06-10-2015 and 08-03-2017 are not considered by the respondentauthorities to update revenue records and mutate their names in respect of subject land.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make application in Form VI-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short " the Act"). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make necessary application.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file application in Form VI-A of the Act. On such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
