THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21626 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following:

"......Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned order/Endorsement bearing Lr.No.C/1998/2017 dated 112-2017 passed by the third respondent on an Appeal filed by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary..........." Mr.Hussain, counsel for petitioner, after arguing for sometime seeks liberty to file revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, aggrieved either by entry or continuation of name of the 4th respondent in 1-B register before the 2nd respondent.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
