This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner-wife aggrieved by the docket order dated 15.10.2019 passed in H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2018 by the Senior Civil Judge at Nagarkurnool.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.204 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2018 filed by the revision petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking interim maintenance.

I.A.No.204 of 2019 was filed on 08.04.2019. It is brought to the notice of this Court that counter was also filed in the said application. But the said application has not been disposed of. 5.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.204 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
