Counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dt.28.08.2015 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw this Revision stating that the main suit, out of which this revision arose, has been settled out of Court. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
