WRIT PETITION NO. 27086 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the inaction of the respondents in registering crime pursuant to the petitioner's complaint made before the second respondent, dated 18/12/2013 and the same is endorsed by the first respondent on 30/08/2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to register the crime and investigate the complaint launched by the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that crime has already been registered vide FIR.No. 224 of 2015.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. The writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
