Sri P.S. Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the interim order that was passed at the stage of admission of the writ petition nothing further survives in the writ petition and the same may be disposed of as rendered infructuous. Order accordingly. It is always open to the petitioner to apply afresh for police protection, if the circumstances so demand. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
