In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.343 of 2013 of Thorrur Police Station, Warangal District.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 17.05.2016 of Sub Inspector of Police, Thorrur Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that the vehicle B.No.AP 36 TB 2041 has been released to the owner on 12.09.2014 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.343 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
